COVID 19 Site regulations FDA and EMA

The FDA and EMA Guidance document on management of Clinical Trials during COVID 19 (Coronavirus) pandemic requires that the Sponsor conducts a risk assessment of each individual ongoing trial, the Investigator conducts a risk assessment of each individual participant, and Sponsor and Investigator implements measures which prioritize subject safety and data validity. In case of these two conflict, subject safety always prevails. To aid the Sponsor in conducting their trial level risk it is important for them to understand any challenges facing your site in conducting the trial during the pandemic period.
